Bookings and Appointments
Bookings can be made online, by telephone, or via email.
Appointments are subject to availability.
The property details provided have to be accurate.
Changes must be requested in advance.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are based on the services chosen and also on the size of the property.
Final pricing may vary depending on the work required.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Payment accepted by cash, card, or transfer.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
It must be affected during a certain period, say 24 hours.
A late cancellation fee may apply.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Bond Back Guarantee
Applies only to cleaning-related matters.
Any requests concerning re-cleaning need to be reported within a certain time period.
The property must remain vacant following cleaning.
Excludes damage, wear and tear, or repairs.
Health & Safety
We adhere to health and safety standards.
We hold the right to refuse work that is unsafe or hazardous.
The clients shall identify the known hazards.
Bond Back Guarantee
Our Bond Back Guarantee gives you complete peace of mind when moving out.
We clean your property to real estate and landlord inspection standards, following a detailed end-of-lease checklist. If your property manager raises any cleaning issues related to our service, we’ll return to re-clean the affected areas at no extra cost (subject to terms and conditions).
