Services Provided

  • Residential and Commercial Cleaning
  • Bond Cleaning and Bond Back Guarantee
  • Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
  • Post-Construction Clean-up
  • Room-Based and Package-Based Services

Bookings and Appointments

  • Bookings can be made online, by telephone, or via email.
  • Appointments are subject to availability.
  • The property details provided have to be accurate.
  • Changes must be requested in advance.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on the services chosen and also on the size of the property.
  • Final pricing may vary depending on the work required.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment accepted by cash, card, or transfer.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • It must be affected during a certain period, say 24 hours.
  • A late cancellation fee may apply.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Bond Back Guarantee

  • Applies only to cleaning-related matters.
  • Any requests concerning re-cleaning need to be reported within a certain time period.
  • The property must remain vacant following cleaning.
  • Excludes damage, wear and tear, or repairs.

Health & Safety

  • We adhere to health and safety standards.
  • We hold the right to refuse work that is unsafe or hazardous.
  • The clients shall identify the known hazards.

We clean your property to real estate and landlord inspection standards, following a detailed end-of-lease checklist. If your property manager raises any cleaning issues related to our service, we’ll return to re-clean the affected areas at no extra cost (subject to terms and conditions).
